- Own and optimize paid acquisition channels including search, social, and display
- Plan and execute performancedriven campaigns aligned to pipeline and revenue targets
- Partner with Content and Product Marketing to develop highconverting assets and messaging
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and ROI targets across channels
- Analyze performance data and optimize campaigns using fullfunnel metrics
- Test and scale new channels, audiences, and AIdriven use cases
- Proven experience in B2B performance or demand marketing within a SaaS environment
- Strong understanding of AIpowered products and performancedriven buyer behavior
- Demonstrated success managing paid media programs that drive pipeline and revenue
- Handson experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (HubSpot or Marketo with Salesforce)
- Strong analytical and optimization skills
- Nonnegotiable: Prior experience working fully remote, fluency with remote collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, or similar), and experience working with US or UKbased companies. Candidates without this background will not be considered.
- Experience managing large paid media budgets
- Familiarity with ABM or accountbased paid strategies
- Experience in highgrowth or AIfirst SaaS companies
- Exposure to advanced attribution or multitouch reporting
