    Vanguard Group seeks top talent to lead infrastructure projects ensuring quality standards, budget, and deadlines compliance. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Mechanical-Electrical Engineering and 3 years of experience in similar roles.

    Position: Project Manager

    Mission Statement

    Project managers will be responsible for planning, executing, and supervising infrastructure projects across the company, guaranteeing proper integration of engineering disciplines, resource optimization, and alignment with strategic goals of the agro-export business.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree and licensed in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Mechanical-Electrical Engineering.
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar roles.
    • Diploma or specialization in Project Management (mandatory).
    • Experience in budget control and project valuation.
    • Solid knowledge of project management under PMI methodology (mandatory).
    • Intermediate level of Excel.
    • Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, Revit.

    Responsibilities

    • Validate technical bases of the project, including plans, measurements, and reference values.
    • Review the integration of specialties (architecture, structures, sanitation, electrical) for efficient execution.
    • Analyze and validate measurements and project items, obtaining accurate reference values.
    • Evaluate technical-economic proposals from suppliers, considering costs, timelines, warranties, and financial viability.
    • Coordinate with user areas to validate project scope and formalize approvals.
    • Ensure adherence to deadlines across all project phases.
    • Monitor construction progress, maintaining quality, timelines, and minimizing deviations.
    • Approve work valuations submitted by supervisors, ensuring proper economic control.
    • Manage project reception process, validating conformity with supervisors and user areas.
    • Ensure contractual compliance of contractors, managing timelines, warranties, penalties, and contract resolutions.
