Your tasks:

With your knowledge and experience, act as Facilitator of failure mode and effect analysis (FMEA) on new and existing product programs;
Managing execution of the 7 steps of FMEA method;
Work in an active global FMEA team, and be responsible for supporting method improvements and implement them into the assigned projects;
FMEA Software documentation competence. Maintain computer based documentation;
Schedule FMEA meetings in collaboration with FMEA owners and ensure the proper FMEA methodology is used;
Act as an interface person to transfer expertise and knowledge between the different development sites;
Train the Engineering teams in the methods and the specific Software used for creation of the FMEA;
Participation in the Preparation of the decision guidelines/criteria.

Your profile:

Mechanical Engineering degree or Technical Diploma;
Experience in product development of safety related products is beneficial (eg. in Automotive, Aerospace, Medical equipment);
Experience in the methods of FMEA creation;
Knowledge of FMEA software (IQ-RM, Plato, IQS or other) would be ideal;
Social skills, able to work in a team;
Moderator skills, ability to convince, organization and presentation skills;
Good skills in using the standard PC programs;
Fluent English is a must. Knowledge of Spanish and/or German would be beneficial;
Knowledge in programming in Visual Basic, PowerBI would be good.
