Job summary

Order picking, enter and store of all (raw) material based on minimum/ maximum stock level. Supply (raw) material to production and ensure availability of needed (raw) materials maintaining safe working conditions at all time.

Responsibilities

• Check the hand pallet truck before and after each shift. Inform the logistics team leader if there is any damage or suspicion of damage.
• Receive goods in the warehouse correctly according to instructions, using entry reports and reception tools, maintaining expected productivity.
• Label product pallets, considering the code, batch, quantity per pallet, date of receipt, and person responsible for receiving the material/product.
• Direct and sort codes to locations according to coding, expiration date, and warehouse layout.
• Prepare orders according to instructions, respecting FEFO (First Expired, First Out) and FIFO (First In, First Out) rotation systems and using picking lists and dispatch tools, within expected productivity levels.
• Participate in the modulation of products for self-service stores, placing labels according to customer restrictions.
• Dispatch products, validating quantities and batches according to picking lists. Ensure that all shipments are sealed with a security seal and record the number on the picking list and traceability file.
• Comply with the completion of forms and/or records according to the assigned task (start time, end time, name of the dispatcher, name of the picker, signature of the stevedore, etc.).
• When instructed, carry out electronic referral guidelines and transfer pallets that are dispatched to self-service stores.
• Participate in cyclical inventories/counts and annual inventory. Includes filling out forms and electronic registration.
• Fulfill manufacturing orders according to assigned tasks (start time, end time, received, delivered).
• Implement the policies and measures defined by the organization that are necessary to ensure the safety of employees and assets under its responsibility, as well as to comply with the quality and environmental protection standards established in applicable legislation, regulations, and best practices.
