The regional sales analyst evaluates and analyzes data over time, creates forecasts for future sales trends, and presents conclusions to budget owners and commercial managers.

Is responsible for the administrative processes, such as control of expenses and contracts in order to maintain the budget and evaluate the results in a regional scope for the On Premise and Off Premise channels.

Off Premise:


  • Track all internal sales and execution data both daily and monthly and provide consistent, accurate and timely reporting of opportunities for growing efficiency, gaining Market share and driving Red Bull growth across our different SKUs.
  • Collect and report sales and distribution data from our distribution partners by working closely with them and our DP Managers to ensure accurate and timely availability of the data for further analysis.
  • Communicate with distribution partners to ensure consistently accurate data delivery for Excel uploads.
  • Delivery of Monthly / Weekly reporting deliverables relating to Internal Sales by Channel, SKU and Outlet Type.
  • Collect, review, analyze and report market data (Nielsen, PSA, etc), adding insights, highlighting good practices, risks and priorities to the Red Bull sales team.
  • Track and report on the progress against incentive targets set with individual stakeholder.
  • Development of new, better analytical tools that will improve Sales performance and empower Sales teams

On Premise:


  • Control and management of stakeholder's agreements.
  • Follow and analyses the regionals expenses.
  • Assure the right use of the Contracts through the validation of the information contained in them.
  • Obtain and analyze the sales, execution, material, and investments numbers, through the spreadsheets and compares with the targets.
  • Formulate the monthly reports
  • Support the material division by regional through organizations of the Distributors and leasing contracts.

Your areas of knowledge and expertise:

  • Administration, Industrial Engineering, Business or related fields.
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in consumer goods and direct contact with market/commercial indicators
  • Experience with Excel sheets and numbers analysis
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Attention to detail, logical thinker
  • Analytical, research and problem solving skills
  • High numerical ability
  • Must have the ability to retrieve, understand and interpret data from numerous sources
