Responsibilities:

Develop and execute growth strategies to acquire new users.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including product, engineering, and design, to implement growth initiatives.
Conduct A/B testing and data analysis to optimize conversion rates and user engagement.
Monitor and analyze key metrics to track the effectiveness of growth initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in growth hacking and digital marketing.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or related field.
57 years of experience in growth hacking or digital marketing, preferably in IT companies.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Background and knowledge of crypto or finance is a plus.
