    We are a new generation of contact center and we are seeking to build a qualified team for high level service.

    OCC247 trains and provides agile agents for its clients in order to give the best customer experience.

    We are looking for Customer Service Representatives based in Lima to help us ensure the satisfaction of the clients. You will be responsible for representing the company by committing to provide a professional and friendly service to our valued customers.

    Responsibilities:

    Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
    Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
    Communicating with customers through various channels.
    Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
    Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
    Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
    Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
    Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.

    You are :

    French speaking agent and very comfortable on the telephone,
    Not afraid to take the phone to engage in sometimes complicated conversations with our users. English is a big plus
    Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
    Comfortable using computers.
    Experience working with customer support will be appreciated
    You are organized and know how to balance multiple problems at once and to resolve them efficiently.
    You are familiar with the web and social media : tchat, Facebook, Twitter, etc are today spaces of -management of user questions and complaints.

    Qualifications:

    Work experience in customer service will be appreciated
    Strong command of the French language
    Desire to help others
    Able to follow procedure and policies as established by the company
    Able to work under pressure

    Other details :

    Contract length: 3 months renewable
    Starting date: Beginning of September
    Full time contract
    S/.2350 Gross salary
    Goal bonuses after 3 months
    Job schedule: From 6 to 3 , from Monday to Friday
    Work remotely, temporarily due to Covid.

    Elements needed for home office:

    at least i3 processor
    at least 8 gig Ram
    at least Windows 10
    USB Headset with mic
    Good internet connection
