Your 'day to day':

  • Ensure the development of the wholesale channel (Brokers + Liquor stores), on trade and possible alternative channels that represent an opportunity for the company.
  • Identify business opportunities in the territory and initiate communication between trade marketing, distribution, marketing, and sales teams in order to capitalize on them.
  • Development of the liquor store channel, understanding the potential in terms of coverage, volume, and execution, which will generate a new business base for the Peruvian business.
  • Maintain and develop the wholesale channel & the main brokers, taking them to the next level, to cover and contain potential sales volumes in the traditional channel.
  • Creation of the On Trade channel (Bars and Nightclubs) establishing the correct RTM, minimums of execution & dynamics of volume generation.
  • Manage the relationship with clients, focusing on generating strategies that allow us to contribute to the construction of our multicategory growth.
  • Manage, control, and allocate financial resources in a coherent manner in the different channels, ensuring the sustainability of the territory, seeking return on investment, and closing negotiations with customers.

Who we're looking for:

  • A minimum of a university degree in Business, Economics, Engineering or similar.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial positions, ideally with experience in the traditional consumer channel, on trade and in mass consumption companies.
  • Strong organizational and negotiation skills.
  • Task orientation and focus on deliver results.
  • Analytical and Ability to manage and allocate resources correctly.
  • Ability and availability to work flexible hours (including evenings, weekends, holidays and/or consumer vacations).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Intermediate English level
  • Driver license
