Accountabilities will include but are not limited to:

He/She is Responsible for O&M related activities during the design and implementation, mobilization and selection of the O&M organization, procurement of the EPC assets, and the supervision and participation to the coordination of the test period for each activation of Phase 1A, Phase 1B and Phase2.

Act on behalf of the HITACHI RAIL during the mobilization phases by providing organizational directives, strategic guidelines to the different operational units, coordinating and controlling their actions.

He/She is responsible for the performance of the operation and the economic and financial results during the mobilization phase.

In addition, the Mobilization Manager will be responsible for:


  • Develop an adhoc mobilization plan and an operational budget.
  • Coordinate activities included in the Mobilization Plan.
  • Ensure that the organizational structure is developed in accordance with the plan and that all necessary positions are aligned with the budget.
  • Ensure that the O&M organizational competency is developed in accordance with the training plan and that all necessary the training plan and that staff attain the appropriate level of competency to perform their work, and that all the necessary licenses and certifications are acquired, where applicable.
  • Responsible to coordinate with the representatives of the EPC an efficient and timely handover of the procedures, assets and installations of the EPC to the O&M SPV. Act as point of contact on behalf of the SPV and coordinator of the works and assignments of the Technical Assessor to Operation.
