    Overview:

    EUROPEAN DYNAMICS (ED) wishes to employ an Information Technology (IT) Business Analyst / Tester fluent in both English and Spanish , to offer his/her services as an expert who will be based in Lima, Peru. The work will be carried out either remotely, or on-site at client premises. In the context of this assignment, the successful candidate will receive training and will be integrated with the involved implementation and maintenance teams, interfacing and closely cooperating within our clients' Business and Technical responsible teams.

    Main responsibilities and tasks:

  • Participation in functional and progress meetings with client;
  • Analysis and preparation of documentation (business requirements, reports, etc.);
  • Elaboration of functional/non-functional specifications (Use Cases, etc.);
  • Participation in testing, training, and user support activities for web applications;
  • Project Management support, coordination, and reporting.

    • Requirements

    Educational Requirements:

  • University Degree in Information Technology fields.

    • Experience Requirements:

  • Analytical thinking, with good presentation and collaboration skills;
  • Understanding of e-Government applications;
  • Familiar with the development cycle of web applications (elaboration of functional requirements, testing, etc.);
  • Good knowledge of MS Office suite and an understanding of XML, SQL, HTML, CSS technologies will form an asset;
  • Excellent command of English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
