    Lead Business Growth Strategist

    We are seeking an experienced and results-driven professional to join our North American team. As a key member of our Clinical Development Services (CDS) unit, you will drive new partnerships and expand our presence in the U.S. market.


    Key Responsibilities:


    • Develop and execute business growth strategies focused on the North American biotech/pharma market

    • Drive sales initiatives to meet or exceed annual targets

    • Pursue new business opportunities through lead qualification, client relationship management, and strategic account development

    • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored clinical development solutions that align with clients' needs

    • Prepare high-quality proposals and presentations that communicate the value of TFS' services
