Work Location:
Base in Beijing, travel to Changchun city if needed

Recruiting Unit:
Creative Exterior Department - Styling Institute - FAW Group (for Hongqi Brand)

Salary:
negotiable according to request

Report to:
Head of Styling Institute and Design VP

Responsibilities:

Based on the company's strategy and combined with design trend analysis, develop an overall design strategy for the Hongqi exterior;
After the overall design strategy document is determined, interpret it to all members of the exterior creative department to help them understand the strategy;
Control the overall design direction of exterior to ensure compliance with design strategies;
Quality control before the review of renderings, clay models, and hard models at the institute level;
In the feasible stage of the design scheme engineering, when encountering significant contradictions between the design and the engineering feasibility, constructive suggestions are proposed to guide the optimization of the scheme;
Assist the exterior creative design superiors in other tasks.

Required qualifications:

Bachelors degree or above;
Have at least 12 years of experience in the development and related design of vehicle exterior styling;
Having rich forwardlooking concepts of international firstclass brands and experience in mass production vehicle development, familiar with the entire vehicle design and development process system;
Excellent creative design ability, excellent design quality, and product quality control ability;
Excellent design and technical problemsolving skills;
Excellent ability in product design strategy planning.
