I am an experienced biomedical information scientist/librarian previously also working in scientific and medical editing/publishing. Educated as a biochemist and physiologist up to Ph.D. level, with a strong background in the humanities (M.A. degree and post-graduate work in philosophy). Transitionally working as a freelancer but searching a permanent position.

• Ph.D., biochemistry/physiology (University of Cologne 2006), in cancer biomedicine, preceded by biochemistry M.S. (metabolomics) and a philosophy M.A.
• M.A.S., library & information sciences (University of Zurich 2011)
• Languages: German (native speaker), English (fluent plus copy editing), Spanish (fluent)
