Job Requirements:

Experience in management, operations and leadership is a must.
Ability to build relationships among managers, clients and employees.
Excellent communication skills.
Familiarity with MS Office, especially Excel, is a must.
Ability to analyze data, identify trends and make datadriven decisions.
Excellent problemsolving skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities:

Manage a team of Operations Supervisors.
Develop and implement processes to streamline operations and improve overall performance.
Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve processes.
Support worker communication with the management team.
Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring prompt and accurate services.
