We will count on you to:


  • Lead and participate in multiple client engagement teams and other related activities.
  • Develop, maintain, implement or assess on the client's resiliency, crisis management, business continuity and disaster recovery capability, strategies and solutions, including risk assessments, business impact analyses, strategy selection, and documentation of business continuity and disaster recovery procedures. This also includes plan and conduct a mockbusiness continuity exercises to test the client's adequacy of existing plans and strategies.
  • Serve as a fieldwork leader to assist clients in employing proper resiliency, crisis management and business continuity measures, resources, and solutions to minimize risk.
  • Partnering with client personnel to analyze, evaluate, and enhance their resiliency and business continuity capability.
  • Collaborating with different departments to facilitate client needs fulfillment.
  • Conduct necessary research to establish ideal solutions for client's business.
  • Offer strategic and practical solutions to client problems.
  • Present findings to client in concise and clear manner.
  • Identify opportunities for improving processes.
  • Drives client and internal meetings to drive client projects.
  • Develops pricing for projects, supports the development of proposals and reviews technical concept working with consulting management to improve efficiency
  • Advises clients in developing and adjusting project approaches, methodology, and tools to support risk programs and initiatives.
  • Builds and nurtures successful business/working relationships with clients to grow the books.
  • Be up
- to
- date on industry trends around risk management to understand client's business environment and basic risk management environment better.


What you need to have:


  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant project management experience in Business Continuity, Crisis Management and Organizational Resiliency.
  • Solid experience managing strategic risk consultancy projects preferable for financial markets or industry (banking, insurance, reinsurance, etc)
  • Business English proficiency.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide superior customer service and maintain positive relationships with client contacts.
  • Creative and proactive in developing new ideas, innovation for team development and client deliverables
  • Manage a portfolio of multiple assignments as project lead
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Leadership, teamwork and client service skills
  • Must have at least one of the following certifications:

  • BCM Certification: DRI or BCM Institute

Certified Business Continuity Planner (CBCP, CRP) accreditation preferred:

Knowledge of the current business environment, leading practices (i.e. ISO 22316, ISO 22301, BS 11200 and other standards as applicable)
