ROLE SUMMARY:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Follow the academic programs established by the school
  • When appropriate and in coordination with the school management, develop the curriculum and ensure the preparation of the necessary teaching materials
  • Follow the criteria and guidelines established by Cambridge College for the evaluation of students
  • Establish and mark exams in accordance with the school calendar
  • Write reports for parents when necessary

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:


  • Be a positive and enthusiastic member of the staff room.
  • Experience of the English National Curriculum, IBDP syllabuses is desirable.
  • Passion for teaching and commitment to educating the whole child.
  • A proven track record of excellent classroom and pedagogical practice.
  • Ability to contribute to our extracurricular activities programme.
  • A team player who will help develop new initiatives to enhance the English curriculum.
  • Knowledge and experience in the use of digital technologies to enhance pupils' learning.
