    Job Description

  • Definir y proponer la estrategia del negocio, así como dirigir y controlar su implementación.
  • Alinear las áreas estratégicas con los planes de negocio.
  • Definir los objetivos y metas anuales.
  • Definir el presupuesto alineado con el plan estratégico.
  • Desarrollar y controlar una cultura de efectividad y eficiencia en las operaciones comerciales y de manufactura
  • Fomentar las BPM e innovación, alineada con la gestión comercial y tendencias de mercado.
  • Gestionar y promover la innovación que logre obtener productos de acuerdo con las tendencias del mercado y clientes.
  • Desarrollar una cultura organizacional ágil a través de una estructura eficiente con una gestión y comunicación fluida.
  • Atraer, mantener y desarrollar al mejor talento.
  • Ejecutar y promover un modelo de gobernanza acorde con las expectativas del directorio.
  • Liderar la relación con los distintos stake holder especialmente con las comunidades en las zonas de influencia. The Successful Applicant
  • Bachiller/Licenciado en Administración de Empresas, Negocios Internacionales, Economía, Ingeniero Industrial, Ingeniero de Sistemas, o carreras afines.
  • Maestría en MBA, Ventas y/o Planea estratégica
  • Inglés a nivel avanzado
  • 5 años de experiencia como Gerente General
  • Más de 15 años en empresas industriales en roles de dirección.
  • Experiencia en la gestión de empresas con actividades extratactivas
  • Evidencias en la gestión comercial con empresas mineras (pequeña, mediana y gran minería)
  • Experiencia en la participación de gremios, asociaciones sectoriales
  • Evidencias en relaciones comunitarias
  • Evidencias en la gestión de empresas en crecimiento
  • Evidencias en optimización de procesos y eficiencia operativa
  • Evidencias en control de costos
  • Experiencia de gestión de proyectos de transformación
