- Handle and carefully respond to all inbound and outbound customer inquiries.
- Offer customers new products according to their needs to improve their current service.
- Provide excellent customer service through active listening
- Work with confidential customer information and treat it sensitively
- Aim to resolve issues on the first call by being proactive, patient, empathetic, and understanding
- Maintain a continual working knowledge of our client's products, services and promotions
- Accurately document and update records in required systems
- The ideal candidate is a competitive self-starter that thrives in a fast-paced environment. You must be comfortable interacting with existing and potential customers; reviewing products, working with partners, and selling solutions
- A high school graduate (must have a diploma or certificate).
- Someone with an intermediate English level (B2 or above) and great communication skills.
- Desirable sales experience with a proven record of understanding customer needs
- Proven ability to promote and build extraordinary customer rapport
- Ability to take complete ownership of customer issues and provide a truly extraordinary customer experience, one customer at a time.
- 6-month renewable contract.

- Available to work in our site - Los Inkas (Surco)
- From S/1,867 to 2, % variable + all legal benefits (varies according to conditions)
- Available schedules from Monday to Saturday, Sunday off (40 to 48 hours per week).
