    Únete a nuestro vibrante equipo en Lima, Miraflores, y lidera como Gerente de Desarrollo de Negocios (BDM) con un enfoque especializado en seguridad.

    En este rol, tendrás la emocionante oportunidad de impulsar el crecimiento de nuestra empresa en el sector de seguridad, identificando nuevas oportunidades, estableciendo relaciones estratégicas y liderando iniciativas clave para el desarrollo del negocio.

    Responsabilidades:

    • Desarrollo de Negocios:
      • Implementar la estrategia de la Unidad de Negocios para el portafolio de seguridad.
      • Identificar y desarrollar oportunidades de negocio con clientes clave en el sector público y privado.
      • Proponer e implementar estrategias de marketing y ventas para el portafolio de seguridad de Cisco.
      • Gestionar y desarrollar relaciones con los canales de distribución de Cisco.
      • Negociar y cerrar acuerdos con clientes y canales.
      • Monitorear y reportar el desempeño del negocio.
    • Técnico:
      • Brindar soporte técnico a los canales de distribución y clientes finales en soluciones de seguridad.
      • Realizar demostraciones técnicas y presentaciones de productos.
      • Desarrollar e impartir capacitaciones en soluciones de seguridad de Cisco.
      • Mantenerse actualizado en las últimas tecnologías de seguridad de Cisco.

    Conocimientos y Habilidades Técnicas:

    • Sólido conocimiento en soluciones de seguridad informática, incluyendo firewalls, IPS, VPN, DLP, etc.
    • Experiencia trabajando con marcas de seguridad como Palo Alto, Checkpoint, Fortinet, etc.
    • Conocimiento profundo del portafolio de seguridad de Cisco.
    • Habilidad para comprender las necesidades de los clientes y proponer soluciones adecuadas.
    • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita.
    • Capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente y en equipo.
    • Orientación al cliente y a los resultados.

    Educación:

    • Licenciatura en Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería, Marketing o campo relacionado.
    • MBA o estudios de posgrado en áreas relevantes, preferiblemente.
